Through Olea Legacy, your relationship with the tree is structured through contractual Ownership – Stewardship Rights, giving you a defined connection to its landscape, harvest and story, together with the experiences included in your Programme.
Your designated ancient olive tree
You are matched with a documented olive tree in one of our selected Greek groves, dedicated with your name, family, or crest if you wish.
Each season its olives are harvested at the right moment, pressed within hours using cold extraction, and stored and bottled in dark glass.
The associated olives are harvested separately and processed as a distinct source, creating a direct connection between your stewardship and the oil you receive.
There are no anonymous standard blends presented as the harvest of your tree. In exceptional low-yield circumstances, where supplementation is permitted under the Programme Terms, we will make this clear before your oil is bottled.
