Greek Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olea Legacy extends its philosophy of provenance and olive tree stewardship into a carefully selected collection of Greek extra virgin olive oils for international clients and partners.
Alongside our olive tree ownership experiences, we work with selected Greek groves and producers to make exceptional oils available to fine dining, luxury retail, hospitality and private clients.
Authenticity in Every Drop
Our extra-virgin olive oil is not produced at scale and anonymised.
It is curated.
Each harvest comes from defined groves planted with traditional Greek varieties such as Koroneiki, Manaki, Tsounati and Athinolia.
Selected batches carry Protected Designation of Origin or Protected Geographical Indication status, confirming that they genuinely come from the places they claim to represent.
This structure ensures that:
Every lot can be traced back to specific groves.
Quality is monitored from tree to mill to bottle.
You and your guests know exactly what you are serving.
It is a direct expression of Greek extra-virgin olive oil at its best, not an anonymous blend.
Organic, certified, and limited
Where applicable, our olive oils come from groves managed under documented organic practices and supported by the relevant certification.
Certification varies by grove, producer and market. Where an oil carries organic, PDO or PGI status, the applicable certification and documentation are identified for the relevant product or batch.
Our volumes are deliberately limited. Rather than chasing large contracts, we focus on a scale that allows us to maintain quality, traceability and proper attention to each batch.
Hand harvested and carefully milled
Every autumn, experienced harvesters pick the olives by hand or with gentle mechanical assistance, at the moment when the fruit is still firm and full of potential.
This protects the integrity of the olives and reduces the risk of bruising and oxidation.
Within hours, the fruit is taken to modern mills where:
Temperature is kept under control to protect aroma and structure.
Time from arrival to extraction is minimised.
Equipment is cleaned meticulously between batches.
Cold extraction at carefully managed temperatures preserves the vivid aromas, clear colour, and fine balance of fruit, bitterness, and gentle spice that define genuine premium extra-virgin olive oil.
Naturally expressive, analytically verified
The character of each olive oil depends on its variety, harvest timing, growing conditions and milling.
Our selected olive oils are assessed through the appropriate quality and analytical testing for their intended market. Where laboratory analysis is available for a specific batch, its analytical profile can be provided as part of the product documentation.
Typical characteristics of carefully harvested premium extra virgin olive oils may include low free acidity and naturally occurring polyphenols, but these values vary by harvest and should always be understood from the analysis of the individual batch.
For private clients, chefs, retailers and importers requiring detailed documentation, we can provide the relevant quality and analytical information for the oil being supplied.
Sustainability and luxury at the Core
For Olea Legacy, sustainability is part of what makes a product truly luxurious.
Our approach begins with long-term relationships with the growers and landscapes from which our oils are sourced.
Agricultural practices vary between groves and producers. Where specific regenerative, biodiversity or soil-management practices are in place and documented, we seek to preserve and communicate those practices accurately.
We also favour sourcing relationships that support the continued cultivation of productive olive landscapes and the agricultural communities connected to them.
For us, luxury is not simply about rarity. It is about preserving the quality, character and living heritage behind what reaches the table.
A Limited Edition of Greek Excellence
Every edition of Olea Legacy premium extra-virgin olive oil is released in limited quantities and can be traced by lot and origin.
Profile highlights include:
Fruit driven aromas with notes that can range from green apple and herbs to ripe stone fruit, depending on the specific grove and harvest.
A clean, precise palate where bitterness and gentle pepper are in proportion, with a long, elegant finish.
These oils sit comfortably in contexts such as:
Fine dining tasting menus and chef’s tables.
High end retail spaces and gourmet provisioners.
Luxury hotels, members clubs and private residences.
They can be presented under the Olea Legacy label, under a co-branded identity, or, in certain cases, under a private label developed with you.
Exporting Greek Heritage to the World
We choose to work with a small number of partners in key markets who value authenticity, consistency, luxury, and distinction.
Current formats include glass bottles in selected sizes, special releases and collectors editions with bespoke presentation, gift packaging, and where appropriate, collaborative branding.

We also welcome conversations with gourmet importers and distributors, fine dining and boutique hotel groups, specialist retailers, members clubs, private clients, and family offices with ongoing requirements.
Where applicable, shipments are arranged from Greece with the quality, traceability and export documentation required for the destination market.
We can support partners across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North and Latin America and Australia.
From trees to tables, with one philosophy
Our export extra-virgin olive oils sit within the same philosophy as our
tree stewardship & ownership experiences.
We favour depth over scale, relationships over transactions and long term value over quick wins.
Whether you are pouring for guests in a dining room, placing bottles on carefully lit shelves or stocking a private cellar, you can be confident that what is in the bottle reflects what you wish to stand for.
If you would like to discuss allocations, private label projects or integration with our stewardship and ownership programmes for your key clients, we invite you to contact us for a private conversation through the Contact page.
