Every tree that enters the Olea Legacy Programme is associated with documented land in a chosen region of Greece and with the relevant grower or landowner responsible for its agricultural care.

Your designated tree or grove has a location, a history and a continuing agricultural life. Where included in your Programme, it can also carry your chosen name, crest or dedication through a physical plaque or marker.

Your Olea Legacy Ownership Certificate records your contractual Ownership – Stewardship Rights in relation to the designated tree or grove, creating a documented connection between you and a living part of the Greek landscape.

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil from Your Designated Tree or Grove

One of the most distinctive aspects of Olea Legacy ownership is the connection between your designated tree or grove and the olive oil you receive.

Where the designated tree or grove produces sufficient olives to fulfil the quantity associated with your Programme, those olives are separately harvested and processed in accordance with the applicable production arrangements.

Each season, the olives are harvested at the appropriate moment and processed promptly at a modern mill. Where the relevant oil meets the applicable requirements, it may be presented with characteristics such as early harvest, cold extraction and high polyphenol content.

Because olive trees are living agricultural assets, annual yields naturally vary. In exceptional low-yield circumstances, supplementation may be necessary in accordance with the Programme Terms. Any supplementary oil is not represented as having originated from your designated tree or grove, and where supplementation materially affects the quantity or provenance of the oil supplied, you will be informed before bottling.

What arrives at your door is personalised for you, carrying your name, family identity or chosen designation on the label, creating a direct connection between your stewardship and the harvest.

The Heritage Grove is a small group of trees forming a private micro estate, designed for families, couples, collectors, and boutique brands who wish to receive more oil and to hold a more defined place on the map.

The Legacy Estate is a bespoke arrangement for clients seeking a more substantial relationship with a private grove or agricultural property in Greece. Depending on the property and legal structure, it may include enhanced stewardship, management, naming, access and other bespoke rights.

Each Legacy Estate is structured separately and documented according to the applicable Greek legal and property requirements. The exact rights and documentation are established before the transaction is completed.
